Adam began his career in the merchant payment industry in 1993, and since he has held sales and management positions for the most reputable firms in the merchant card acquiring industry including First Data, Union Bank of California, Global Payments and most recently Connect Merchant Payment Services where he held the position of President.
Adam is the Founder and President of Electronic Payment Consulting, a consulting firm that helps businesses minimize their merchant credit card processing expenses, usually without the need to change processing companies.

Sharon Kim is co-owner and a Strategic-Partner of Schooley Mitchell Telecom Consultants in Los Angeles. She joined SMTC in May of 2007. Previously she was a Program Manager for the U.S. headquarters of Toyota Motor Sales, leading the development effort for next generation systems in the areas of Vehicle Supply Chain and Order Management.

Sophia began her career in the waste and recycling industry in 1998, and since she has held sales, marketing and municipal contract management positions for one of the largest waste service providers in the country.
Sophia is the Founder and President of Emmy Waste Management, a consulting firm that helps businesses take control of their waste disposal costs and achieve their green initiatives by adding valuable dollars to their bottom line by focusing on the reduce, reuse and recycle method and the “Zero Waste to Landfill Program”.
